Natural Back Pain Relief That You Can Do At Home And At Work

Using proper body mechanics is an important form of back pain relief. If you are one of those people who have poor posture, learn to stand smart. Standing smart can be a good back pain relief. Note that your muscles and bones gets distorted with back posture thus you occasional fell pain. By correcting your posture, you can easy up the pressing on some parts of your back. If your job requires you to stand up for long periods, you need to learn to shift your weight every now and then to ease up the load on your lower back. When sitting down, keep your knees and hips level. Do not slouch on your chair even if your job happens to be boring. To help your blood circulate well into the different parts of your body, wiggle your toes and feet every now and then. Whenever you have the chance to get up, jump out of your chair, stretch your legs and stand up tall. Raise your arms up over your head and stretch as far as you can go to ease up the tension on your back muscles. Note that stretching can be a good back pain relief so wherever you have the chance to stretch, take that chance.
